Tulalip Resort Casino Unveils Expanded Gaming Floor
Tribal-run Tulalip Resort Casino in Washington has unveiled an expanded casino floor as part of a multi-year construction project.
The addition expands the casinos’ overall gaming area to 270,250 square feet, with the new section now open to visitors. More than 400 slot machines have been added, bringing the total number of terminals to over 2,600.
Standout features inside the new area include the North Bar. This provides access to an outdoor covered patio with seating and an outdoor smoking area. New restrooms have also been added and additional facilities have been upgraded.
Customers will also notice a new ceiling treatment that pays tribute to local fishing activity. Design elements include fishing nets, water currents, forage fish and jellyfish.
“From the moment you step through the new entrances, it is evident that the thoughtful planning and hard work by our team exceeded our goal to provide an unparalleled guest experience,” said Marci Fryberg, president and chief operating officer of Tulalip Gaming Organization.
What next for Tulalip Resort?
The gaming floor expansion marks the latest stage of a multi-year improvement project at Tulalip Resort Casino. Other recent renovations include a 4,000-square-foot high-limit slots room and upgrades to two on-site restaurants.
Tulalip Resort is hoping to complete its upgrade project in late 2026. All venues will continue to remain open while construction takes place.
“The added gaming and other amenities this expansion provides are second to none,” Fryberg said. “Now, with the continued renovation throughout the rest of the property, the excitement just continues to grow.”
Other facilities at the resort include a DraftKings sportsbook, a 370-room hotel, meeting and convention space, and a spa. Guests can also access Canoes Cabaret, the 1,300-seat Orca Ballroom and a 3,000-seat outdoor Tulalip Amphitheatre.
