This category concerns technology that directly touches the customers. Whether it is an enhanced kiosk, a new player-tracking system, reservations system, or parking management system, or any other customer-friendly device, this technology directly impacts the experience of the customer.
Best Productivity Enhancement Technology
This category looks to celebrate technologies or solutions that enhance the smooth running of the global gaming industry. Examples could be an online accounting system, better technology for printing tickets on cashless slots, or an employee communications device that allows a property to better explain its programs to its workers.
Best Slot Product
Celebrating the best slots that have come to market in the past 12 months. We’re interested in seeing innovative new mechanics, exciting new themes or effective use of branded IP.
Best Table Game Product or Innovation
Table games remain a key component of the casino experience, and we want to find the solutions that introduce a fresh take on an old favourite, whether that’s the game itself or enhancements to existing products.

As the growth of online gaming continues, so do the technologies involved in its development. This category recognizes the most innovative products or technologies involved in the growth and expansion of the online casino vertical.
Best Sports Betting Product or Technology
Sports betting is growing increasingly sophisticated and embedded in the sports entertainment ecosystem. This category is seeking solutions that are changing the way consumers bet, taking them closer to the action, or integrating betting into the sector experience.
