Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel Expansion Wins Engineering News Record (ENR) West2026 Regional Best Residential/Hospitality Award

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 16, 2026 – Bergman Walls & Associates (BWA), a global architecture and interior design
firm specializing in destination design for the casino gaming, entertainment, and hospitality industries, is pleased
to announce that the Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel Expansion in Snoqualmie, Washington, has been named Best
Residential/Hospitality Project in the ENR (Engineering News-Record) West 2026 Regional Best Projects
competition – Northwest subregion. BWA served as Architect and Interior Designer of Record, as well as Interior
Designer, for the expansion.
The award recognizes an expansion that has transformed the Snoqualmie property into a full-service resort
destination. The expansion project features a new 210-room luxury hotel tower, destination spa, fitness center,
flexible entertainment and convention center, expanded casino floor, indoor/outdoor deck, parking structure,
sports bar and signature restaurants. (BWA also served as Architect and Interior Designer of Record and
Interior Designer for the original Snoqualmie facility’s pre-expansion design in 2008).

Projects entered for award consideration were reviewed by independent AEC (Architecture, Engineering,
Construction) industry experts and evaluated on the project team’s ability to overcome challenges, contributions
