QCI Brings in Xavier Grace as Customer Engagement Manager

Grace joins QCI after more than a decade in casino marketing and enterprise gaming systems.

Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) has announced the appointment of Xavier Grace as its new customer engagement manager.

In his new role, Grace will focus on strengthening the tech provider’s client partnerships, accelerating time-to-value for new deployments, and championing best practices.

Grace joins QCI having worked across casino marketing and enterprise gaming systems for more than a decade.

Grace began his career as a casino host with MGM Resorts, working at both the ARIA Resort & Casino and Park MGM for five years. He moved afterward to Aristocrat Technologies as an account manager for systems.

Grace Brings ‘Passion’ for Client Success to QCI

Ralph Thomas, CEO and co-founder of QCI, lauded Grace’s previous experience and how this will support the business moving forward.

“Xavier’s hands-on knowledge of both player engagement and enterprise systems is exactly what our clients need as they push for deeper, data-informed guest relationships,” Thomas said. “His passion for client success and proven track record in the gaming industry make him a valuable addition to our expanding team.”

Grace added: “Joining QCI is a wonderful step into a fast-moving technology company that has grabbed the attention of the industry. I look forward to working with their dynamic and responsive team.

“I’m excited to combine my on-property marketing experience with QCI’s powerful analytics platform to drive measurable results for our customers.”

The appointment comes after QCI also recently named Chris Barranco as its new director of business development.
