Las Vegas Sands Q3 Net Revenue Down 3.5% to Q3 of 2025
"We will deliver strong returns to our shareholders in the years ahead" said CEO Patrick Dumont
Las Vegas Sands reported a weaker third quarter as higher costs and softer trading at key properties pushed revenue below expectations.
The casino operator posted net revenue of $3.22 billion for the three months to 30 September, down 3.5% from a year earlier of $3.33 billion, according to the company’s results.
Net income fell to $352 million from $491 million a year earlier, while consolidated adjusted property EBITDA slipped to $1.1 billion.
Performance Varies
The company said performance varied across its portfolio. Marina Bay Sands in Singapore and The Londoner in Macau underperformed, although the Plaza Macao and Four Seasons Macao generated $238 million, up 15.5% year on year, while The Parisian Macao rose 6% to $231 million.
Earlier this month, Sands China reiterated that its long-promised conservatory project in Macau remains on track. The conservatory plan dates back to December 2022, when Sands China set out its investment package after securing a new 10-year concession.
‘Delivering strong returns to our shareholders’
Chief executive Patrick Dumont said, “we strongly believe that our people, our products and our focus on delivering outstanding service, hospitality and entertainment experiences to our customers will drive growth for the company and deliver strong returns to our shareholders in the years ahead.”
Dumont was appointed CEO back in February of this year.
