Aristocrat Confirms Michael Rumbolz to Board

Aristocrat Leisure Limited has confirmed Michael Rumbolz as a non-executive director, after receiving all necessary regulatory pre-approvals.

The Sydney-listed company said in a regulatory filing dated August 4 that the pre-approval “has now been received” and that its board had confirmed the appointment.

The confirmation closes out a process that began on May 13, when Aristocrat announced Rumbolz’s nomination.

Rumbolz has over 45 years of experience in the gaming industry. He recently completed a two-year term as chairman of the American Gaming Association. He was the executive chairman of the board of directors of Everi Holdings, Inc. until July 2025, having previously served in various capacities at the company, including CEO and president.

Prior to that, he held board and executive roles at various gaming and entertainment companies, including listed companies. He is also a former chairman of the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
