Tech Results to Supply Oregon, Rhode Island Casinos
Tech Results, a leading provider of business intelligence and customer relationship management software for the gaming industry, announced an agreement with two casinos last month.
The company will provide Oregon’s Kla-Mo-Ya Casino with several solutions from its end-to-end integrated customer relationship management platform, Intract.
Kla-Mo-Ya Casino will install the Tech Results Total Promo and Games Direct modules. According to the casino, the decision to purchase the CRM software comes after casino executives established that manual, paper-based promotions were impacting the level of customer service. Total Promo’s automated ticketless promotions system is designed to reduce long lines associated with paper-based promotions and free up employees to focus on other customer service needs. Kla-Mo-Ya’s addition of Games Direct will transform their kiosks into loyalty hubs offering carded patrons interactive
swipe-and-win games.
At Rhode Island’s Twin River Casino, Tech Results will provide the casino with several solutions from its data-warehousing product, WAGER. Tech Results secured the contract after a competitive bidding process.
The move to purchase the data warehousing modules comes after a state-issued mandate requiring Twin River to install BI software that will aid in protecting the enterprise’s assets. These modules will allow Twin River to expand the ways in which they analyze transactional system data by providing a cohesive picture of the enterprise.
