SIGA Overhauls Casino Food and Beverage Operations with Agilysys
Agilysys has linked up with the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority.
Hospitality software and services provider Agilysys has partnered up with the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) to overhaul food and beverage operations across seven land-based casino properties.
The deal covers SIGA-owned Bear Claw Casino & Hotel, Dakota Dunes Casino, Gold Eagle Casino, Gold Horse Casino, Living Sky Casino, Northern Lights Casino, and Painted Hand Casino. All properties are located in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan.
Agilysys will provide its InfoGenesis POS and Eatec inventory and procurement solutions to SIGA. These will be used to unify food and beverage operations across the casinos under a centralized digital infrastructure.
According to Agilysys, this will help SIGA to improve efficiency, minimize waste and ensure service consistency across the properties. InfoGenesis and Eatec will also deliver real-time reporting, automated supplier price updates and cost control measures.
SIGA will also leverage Agilysys solutions to enhance guest service levels through integrated order and payment systems. In addition, it will utilize kitchen display systems to help staff track and improve order-to-delivery accuracy and times.
Scope for Further Collaboration Between SIGA and Agilysys
The roll-out of new solutions across the casinos could lead to further collaboration between the two parties. SIGA also plans to implement Agilysys Analyze for property and corporate reporting and is exploring hotel system upgrades.
“Investing in modern, scalable technology that equips us to deliver consistently excellent service across properties, while also improving the work experience for our team members and using resources conservatively and responsibly is central to how we serve both our business stakeholders and our broader community,” SIGA Director of Operations Kevin Doucette said.
Ryan Carrier, area vice president of gaming at Agilysys also talked up the new partnership and SIGA’s focus on modernizing its casino properties.
“Our experience serving tribal gaming properties has demonstrated our respect for how cultural values and forward-thinking technology can align to elevate guest experiences, streamline operations and drive long-term impact across properties and communities,” Carrier said.
“We are proud to work alongside the team at SIGA to achieve their goals.”
