Rampart Casino Rebrands Under The Resort at Summerlin Identity
JW Marriott Las Vegas and Rampart Casino in Las Vegas has announced that the casino is to rebrand as The Resort at Summerlin.
The name change will take effect January 1 and mark a major milestone in the property’s multi-year renovation. In total, about $75 million will be spent on the widescale revamp.
Improvements include newly renovated guest rooms, a refreshed conference center and new-look fitness center. The property also now features a new hydra lounge relaxation area and upgraded treatment rooms at the Spa Aquae.
On the casino floor, new lighting, carpet and finishes have been added along with new high-limit rooms. In addition, several new dining concepts have launched at the property.
Strategic investment for casino
Michelle McHugh, vice president and general manager of The Resort at Summerlin, said the name change fits with the property’s evolution. She added that it will continue to serve as a “premier luxury destination” in the city.
“Over the past 18 months, we’ve completed a significant renovation designed to revitalize and refresh the property while elevating the overall guest experience,” McHugh said.
“This transformation represents a strategic investment in the future of the resort, continuing its evolution as a premier luxury destination in Las Vegas and strengthening its role as a welcoming hub for both the Summerlin community and visitors alike.”
The rebrand came as Caesars Entertainment also agreed to a deal to open a new, land-based sportsbook at the location. Pending Nevada Gaming Commission approval, the new facility will open in early 2026.
