QCI Expands Live! Casinos Partnership in Louisiana and Virginia
QCI will provide two new Live! Casinos properties with its QCI Enterprise Platform
Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) has announced an expansion of its existing partnership with Live! Casinos to support the opening of two new properties.
The enhanced agreement will cover the new Live! Casino in Bossier City, Louisiana, which recently opened to the public. It will also include the Live! Casino in Petersburg, Virginia, due to open in 2027.
QCI will provide both casinos with its QCI Enterprise Platform. This, it said, “seamlessly” integrates data from all casino operations, delivering real-time insights to clients.
Data gathered by QCI Enterprise Platform can then be issued to support player development, marketing campaigns, and game mix.
Enhanced QCI Deal to Improve Live! Casinos Player Experience
Frank Bonini, senior vice president and chief information officer of Cordish Gaming Group and Live! Casinos, welcomed the new deal. He said it will build on the success of the wider partnership at its other venues.

QCI Chief Technology Officer Andrew Cardno also spoke positively about the casinos agreement. He said: “We’re excited to expand our partnership with Live! Casinos and bring our platform to these new locations.
