QCI Appoints Melissa Chiaurro to Business Development Role

AI-driven analytics and enterprise solutions firm Quick Custom Intelligence has appointed Melissa Chiaurro as vice president of business development.

Chiaurro joins QCI with over 20 years of leadership experience within the gaming technology sector. Most recently, she was business development director at VizExplorer, serving in the role for six years.

Earlier in her career, she was account executive at Gaming Arts. Chiaurro also had stints with CastNET, Metavallo, Transact Technologies and Sport View Technologies.

QCI said the “strategic addition” to its leadership team comes at a time of “unprecedented growth.” The group is expanding its footprint to over 1,000 sites worldwide, driving 50% compound organic growth in 2025.

Another Change at the Top for QCI

Commenting on her appointment, Chiaurro said she was “thrilled” to join QCI at what is a “pivotal moment” for the business.

“QCI has redefined how technology empowers operators,” Chiaurro said. “Our rapid global expansion is a direct result of turning data into action. I look forward to helping accelerate that momentum, delivering measurable revenue impact for our customers while building new markets and partnerships.”

QCI Chief Technology Officer Andrew Cardno said: “Melissa’s deep experience and proven leadership will be instrumental as we continue to scale. She knows what it takes to grow businesses globally, and her ability to forge strong industry relationships makes her a key driver of our expansion strategy.

“With Melissa on board, QCI is even better positioned to deliver innovative, AI-powered solutions that fuel profitability for our customers.”

The appointment marks the latest addition to the QCI team. Earlier in August, QCI named Xavier Grace as its new customer engagement manager. QCI also recently appointed Chris Barranco as its new director of business development.
