Pavilion Payments Appoints Kaleigh Thompson as New Chief of Staff
Gaming-focused payment solutions provider Pavilion Payments has appointed Kaleigh Thompson as its new chief of staff.
Thompson will focus on driving strategic alignment, operational efficiency and cross-functional execution across the business.
Thompson joins the company having worked in the gaming industry for more than a decade. She has experience across project management, business operations and cross-functional leadership.
Most recently, Thompson served in several senior leadership roles at Gaming Arts.
‘Game-changing’ appointment for Pavilion Payments
Pavilion President Diallo Gordon described the new appointment as a “game-changer” for the business. He said Thompson “embodies the culture” the company is building.
“This role is the connective tissue across our many teams, aligning priorities, building strong internal and external relationships, and ensuring we turn strategy into execution,” he said. “It’s about creating clarity, accelerating outcomes and eliminating the gap between vision and results.”
