When Rush Street Interactive (RSI) was spun off from its parent company, Rush Street Gaming, Laura McAllister Cox was brought on to navigate the complex regulatory compliance challenges facing online gaming operators.

After years of representing land-based gaming companies, McAllister Cox rose to the challenge, helping RSI launch its popular BetRivers sportsbook and online casino platforms. She discusses the key differences between land-based and online gaming regulations and explains why responsible gaming plays a critical role in the success of any gaming product.
