James O’Kimosh Appointed as GM at Desert Diamond Casinos in Arizona to Drive Growth
The Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise has appointed James O’Kimosh as General Manager for its three Southern Arizona properties effective January 5, 2026.

James O’Kimosh Brings Education and Operations Experience to GM Post
According to Tribal Gaming and Hospitality, O’Kimosh, a tribal member of Menominee and Arikara heritage from the Menominee Reservation in Keshena, Wisconsin, brings a hybrid background in education and gaming operations, having served as a math and computer science teacher, a college professor of information technology, and in executive gaming roles.
O’Kimosh joined Desert Diamond Casino in 2019 and most recently served as Southern Arizona Slot Director.
