IGT Expands Chief Technology Officer Role
International Game Technology (IGT) has expanded Andy Hendrickson’s existing role within the business to become its new chief product and technology officer.
Hendrickson has served as chief technology officer since joining the merged IGT and Everi enterprise in 2025. He will take on additional responsibilities in his new position.
Prior to joining IGT, Hendrickson worked as CTO at Aristocrat for more than four years. He also spent time in the same role at Activision Publishing, Prysm Collective and Walt Disney Animation Studios.
During his time working within the film industry, he gained film credits on blockbuster movie titles such as Forrest Gump, The Mask, Men in Black and Frozen.
‘Tighter’ Products and Processes alignment for IGT
IGT’s incoming CEO Hector Fernandez welcomed the appointment. He said Hendrickson’s move into the expanded role will benefit customers worldwide.
“Andy’s leadership as CPTO ensures tighter alignment between our products and processes, and how we leverage world-class talent across our global game studios to create value,” he said.
Hendrickson added: “I believe IGT has the ingredients to deliver industry-leading products and solutions to our customers, and with the strength of our game studio talent, disciplined content creation and product management, we are well-positioned for growth and innovation.”
