With almost 30 years experience at Caesars Entertainment, including a stint running the company’s southern properties, Dan Real left the organization to found Exclaim Recovery, dedicated to identifying and treating problem gambling. Exclaim Recovery is developing new tools to treat problem gambling using AI, technology, and community. The program includes approachable mentors, AI and educational resources and a founder who understands the psychology of casinos and the commitment to helping each troubled individual find their own path. He spoke with GGB Editor at Large Roger Gros at the Global Gaming Expo in October.
