ARIA Welcomes Gymkhana to Las Vegas Strip

Aria Gymkhana

ARIA Resort & Casino has announced the launch of Gymkhana, a new speciality Indian fine dining venue at its Las Vegas Strip location.

The 175-seat Gymkhana at ARIA was designed by North End, the UK-based interior design studio led by Samuel Hosker. It features The 42 Bar and a special dining space in The Vault.

This is the first Gymkhana restaurant to open in the U.S., following up on the original site in London’s Mayfair district.

Gymkhana is operated by U.K.-based JKS Restaurants, which owns 30 restaurants across the U.K., Middle East and U.S. The group holds a total of six Michelin Stars.

ARIA and Gymkhana Bring ‘New Energy’ To Strip

Ari Kastrati, chief content, hospitality and development officer for MGM Resorts, which runs ARIA, said the launch had been “years in the making.”

“We have partnered with the JKS team to deliver a best-in-class lifestyle experience for our guests — one that will not only elevate the city’s food and beverage landscape but also bring an exciting new energy to The Strip’s fine dining scene,” Kastrati said.

Pavan Pardasani, global CEO of JKS Restaurants, said Gymkhana is suited to Las Vegas, which he described as “one of the world’s premier food cities.”

“ARIA is the perfect stage for the restaurant’s next chapter as we share the brand’s deeply rooted Indian hospitality with a global audience that values exceptional cuisine, first-class service and memorable dining experiences that make them return time and again,” Pardasani said.
