Q Casino Resorts isn’t your typical casino. It’s owned by a public non-profit Dubuque Racing Association (DRA), and all the profits from the enterprise go to various charities and the city of Dubuque.

Anthony Williams just completed a year as president and CEO of the property and the Las Vegas veteran executive has been impressed with the operations and development of the casino and the adjoining amenities. He talks about what it’s like to run a non-profit organization and how his team is dedicated to its success. He spoke with GGB Podcast host Roger Gros at G2E in September.
