Accor Lands Treasure Island Partnership in Las Vegas

Hospitality group Accor has entered into a partnership with Treasure Island – TI Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, Handwritten Collection.

Under the deal, Accor will assume operations of the 2,884-key property in Las Vegas. This will run under a franchise agreement, which will come into effect later in 2025.

Treasure Island – TI Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, Handwritten Collection joins a global portfolio of hotels. It will become the second Handwritten Collection address in the U.S., following Hotel Stratford San Francisco – Handwritten Collection.

The link-up comes shortly after the venue underwent a multi-million-dollar refresh. As well as over 2,800 rooms, the property features 10 dining venues and eight lounges and bars.

A ‘Special Place’ in Las Vegas

Phil Ruffin, the owner of Treasure Island – TI Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, said the new partnership opens the “next chapter” for the brand in Las Vegas.

“Treasure Island has long held a special place in the story of Las Vegas, and I am certain that Accor and Handwritten Collection will further enrich its legacy and attract new generations of guests and visitors,” Ruffin said. “This next chapter brings new energy to the resort while preserving its unmistakable spirit.

“We are proud to align with Accor – a global leader in hospitality whose values resonate deeply with ours, and we look forward to a successful and long-lasting partnership.”

Camil Yazbeck, global chief development officer at Accor, added: “We are incredibly proud to partner with Mr. Ruffin. We’re confident that together we can create a bigger and bolder future for this iconic hotel now that it sits within the Handwritten Collection portfolio and part of the Accor network.”
