This is a fun new game available on Konami’s two large-format cabinets, the Dimension 49 (49-inch monitor) and Dimension 75C (75-inch monitor). There are two base games, What the Duck Dusty and What the Duck Snowy.

The base game is a five-reel video slot with five, 20 or 40 paylines, depending on the denomination. The game revolves around the symbol landing in the center of the third reel. “Explode” and “Bounty” symbols accumulate up to five on the main screen as play continues. Explode symbols add up to five “bullets” for the gun held by the main character, Dusty or Snowy, in the top display. Bounty causes the character to lasso the cash symbols for multipliers and award them all instantly.

When Explode or Bounty lands in the center of the screen, it boosts all the cash-on-reels symbols—the main character fires the bullets in his gun at the reels, or lassos the cash symbols for multipliers up to 10X.

There also is a “Wheel” symbol that can land in the center reel spot. This triggers a bonus wheel that spins to award multipliers of the cash symbols or the two top jackpots—a $500 Major and a $10,000 Grand.

Prize symbols on each of the first three reels trigger the main re-spin bonus feature. A wild symbol on the center of reel three substitutes for the Prize symbol to trigger the bonus.

The Prize symbols are held on the reels as cash-on-reels symbols, and all other reel spots become individual spinning reels. Only Prize symbols and icons for the lower two jackpots (Mini and Minor) appear on the reels during the feature, which continues until no Prize symbol appears. Each Prize symbol holds in place as a cash symbol, the amount revealed at the end of the feature.

During the feature, the Explode and Bounty symbols land in the center frequently, the former boosting the value of cash symbols and the latter bringing the lasso around the cash symbols to multiply and award them instantly.

There also is a Free Games feature. Three, four, five or six dollar symbols trigger eight, 10, 12 or 15 free spins, respectively. The re-spin bonus can be triggered by a free spin, and the Explode, Bounty and Wheel bonuses all are available.
