The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has announced it will expand its portfolio with the addition of The Corner Store later this year.

A New York City hotspot, The Corner Store comes from Tilman Fertitta, Eugene Remm and Catch Hospitality Group. It first launched in SoHo in late 2024 and is now set to expand into Las Vegas.

The venue’s menu will feature reimagined interpretations of classic American dishes. These include lobster and caviar rolls and wagyu French dip.

The new location will open in the Blue Ribbon American Grill & Oyster Bar space inside the Cosmopolitan. Blue Ribbon is scheduled to close permanently on February 16.

New Venture for The Corner Store

The link-up will be the latest venture between Catch Hospitality Group and MGM Resorts, which owns the Cosmopolitan. This relationship began in 2018 with the launch of CATCH at ARIA Resort & Casino

“The Corner Store embodies the perfect blend of high-energy, vibrant dining and culinary excellence with a touch of the unexpected – qualities that perfectly align with everything our guests love about The Cosmopolitan,” said Ari Kastrati, chief content, hospitality & development officer for MGM.

“There’s no doubt this resort provides the ideal stage for The Corner Store’s first expansion outside of New York City. It offers guests a one-of-a-kind destination where world-class dining meets The Strip’s unmistakable vibe.”

Eugene Remm, partner of Catch Hospitality Group, also talked up the new launch. He said: “Expanding our partnership with MGM to bring The Corner Store to Las Vegas was a natural next step.

“We’re thrilled to open our second concept in such an iconic setting, which reinforces our belief in the power and potential of The Corner Store brand. The Cosmopolitan embodies the same energy, edge and style that defines what makes our brand successful.”
