SYNKROS Drink System is an all-in-one, digital drink ordering system that supports everything from the at-machine consumer menu interface to the back-end administrative workflow. It gives players the convenience of hassle-free refreshments, while empowering casino teams to manage order flow with real-time updates and accuracy.

The patron interface powered by SYNKROS Drink System is quick, contactless, and convenient for casino guests. Players can discover drink services directly from a game machine’s True-Time Display LCD touchscreen and/or slot screen display through True-Time Windowing. Menu options are displayed according to casino preference.

Because the displayed drink menu options are fully configurable, casino operators can uniquely permission differing drink options based on patron criteria such as loyalty tier level, carded, or uncarded. Once a drink is selected from the menu, the patron is asked to confirm the selection before the order is officially placed in the system and visible to casino personnel.

Within SYNKROS Drink System, administrators can configure the categories, drinks and drink options that are visible to patrons. This includes the ability to enable different patron options based on specific patron criteria, defined by casino administrators. The digital menu design is fully customizable, through a dedicated web-based environment. Menus created within SYNKROS Drink System can be offered to carded and/or uncarded players, according to casino administrative configuration.

When drinks are digitally ordered by patrons on the casino floor, employees can view and manage requests directly through SYNKROS Drink System. Incoming drink orders are displayed on the Drink Order screen, along with details including drink type, drink options, drink cost, patron location, patron name, patron ID, and more. Drink orders are received in real time, and can be completed or canceled by permissioned casino employees for comprehensive management control and operations performance.
