SlotSUITE is CasinoTrac’s elevated operations and guest experience, which is producing tremendous ancillary results and alleviating a major pain point for a CasinoTrac client: a decrease in VIP participation in electronic drawing barrel promotions compared to physical ticket drawings.

SlotSUITE itself is a one-wire integration with TransAct Technologies that allows for communication from the slot to CasinoTrac’s PlayerLINQ 6.2-inch player tracking interface, which utilizes the TransAct EpiCentral server to print customizable tickets from Epic Edge or Epic 950 TITO printers.

Within the six months of gradual deployment across a Southwestern U.S. property with over 2,500 machines, SlotSUITE printed over 900,000 drawing tickets that would have been manually counted by hand without the aid of SlotSUITE’s tracking.

As more of the floor began to utilize SlotSUITE’s functionality during this period, the property experienced an increase of 58.6 percent in carded play, which elevated rated coin-in by 21percent and lifted rated WPU by a staggering 39 percent—both of which combined to raise the overall coin-in and WPU across the entire floor.

This shows that the right promotion delivered in the right way drives play. This lift poses a question about the creativity and ingenuity of any operator—what if you could put anything on a TITO ticket?

As a result, SlotSUITE has experienced expanded functionality, including SelfPay. SelfPay allows patrons to choose a traditional hand-pay experience or to process their own jackpots back to the credit meter and automatically print the requisite completed tax forms from TITO. This allows SelfPay to help reduce jackpot processing times by up to 90 percent.

Aside from promotions, offers and vouchers, SlotSUITE can be used for customized messaging to entice anonymous players to enroll in loyalty programs. Emergency alert messaging or even the interception of problem gambling scenarios are just a few of the nearly limitless use cases.
