Royalton Riviera Cancun Properties Reveal New Management Structure
Royalton Hotels & Resorts, a recently formed all-inclusive hospitality business, will take over the management of two Royalton Riviera-branded properties under the Autograph Collection All-Inclusive umbrella.
From December 7, Royalton Hotels & Resorts will manage the Royalton Riviera Cancun, an Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort & Casino. It will also oversee Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort – Adults Only.
The transition follows a comprehensive multi-million-dollar renovation program. This has seen suites, restaurants, social venues and public areas at the properties reimagined to offer a refreshed and modern experience.
Royalton Hotels & Resorts said its leadership opens a “new chapter” for both venues. This, it said, will be defined by “modern design, dynamic dining, and a redefined vision for all-inclusive hospitality.”
‘Renewed Vision’ for Royalton Properties
Royalton Hotels & Resorts President Jordi Pelfort said that the new management will bring a “renewed vision” to the two destinations.
“The Cancun site has long been a favorite for travelers worldwide,” Pelfort said. “With Royalton Hotels & Resorts now leading the way, and backed by a significant renovation investment, we are excited to bring a renewed vision that enhances everything our guests and partners love to a resort that has defined the region”.
Both all-inclusive resorts are set along the Riviera Cancun shoreline. Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun will continue to offer adults-only exclusivity. Meanwhile, Royalton Riviera Cancun will welcome families with renewed spaces designed for connection.
“From curated wellness to elevated dining and entertainment, the reopening in December marks the beginning of a new era for Cancun’s most celebrated resorts,” Royalton Hotels & Resorts added in its announcement.
