Rain Rock Casino Resort Hotel has chosen QCI Resorts and QCI Nimble for operations, player development and guest engagement, aiming to bring teams and property data into a shared working environment.

The selection is intended to help marketing and guest-service staff coordinate and give leaders a more unified view of performance, according to QCI’s November 3 announcement.

The company said its broader software suite connects casino and hospitality functions, though it has not detailed which features Rain Rock will deploy.

‘Connect insights across departments’

Marketing Director of Rain Rock Casino Kendra McPhail said the goal is to give staff tools to collaborate and provide a welcoming experience. “QCI’s integrated approach will help us connect insights across departments and turn those insights into more coordinated service.”

Dr Ralph Thomas, co-founder and CEO of QCI emphasised the ability to connect the teams.

“Rain Rock Casino Resort Hotel’s selection of QCI Resorts supports that connected future, helping teams make faster, better decisions and deliver more coordinated guest service.”

Connecting Resort Operations

Rain Rock joins a list of other resorts that have also chosen QCI for operations. Earlier this year, Angel of the Winds Casino Resort made a similar choice, as did Grand Royal Casino Wôlinak.
