QCI Pens Extended Deal with Blue Lake Casino & Hotel

Enterprise solutions provider Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) has agreed an extension to its partnership with the Blue Lake Casino & Hotel in Arcata, California.

Under the agreement, Blue Lake will incorporate the QCI Power Pack. This, QCI said, will help the venue to improve guest satisfaction and bolster profitability.

Previously, Blue Lake had partnered with QCI to make use of its QCI Enterprise Platform. This supported the venue across its marketing and analysis efforts within several areas of the business.

Owned and operated by Blue Lake Rancheria, the property features a casino with over 500 slots, table games and poker. It also houses multiple dining venues and a fuel station.

QCI an ‘Invaluable Tool’ for Blue Lake

Sam Wedll, director of marketing for Blue Lake Casino, welcomed the new deal. He said it will build on the success of the venue’s existing partnership with QCI.

“QCI has been an invaluable tool for our Marketing and Analysis initiatives,” Wedll said. “It has empowered our team at various levels to take pointed action and truly use all of our resources, including our own time, to the best of our ability.

“We have been able to make large strides toward goals that previously seemed unrealistic for a team the size of ours, and with the impending Power Pack rollout, this will only get better.”
