Penn Restructures Management; George, Primus Out
Penn Entertainment has restructured its corporate leadership to better “reflect the company’s strategic priorities,” including the realignment of its interactive focus on Penn’s digital assets in Canada, according to a company statement.
As part of this, Todd George, executive vice president, operations, and Rich Primus, senior vice president, chief information officer, will step down and their positions will be eliminated.
Penn’s current senior vice presidents of regional operations—Rafael Verde, Aaron Rosenthal and Justin Carter—will continue their regional oversight of the company’s retail operations, with Verde and Rosenthal reporting to CEO and President Jay Snowden, and Carter reporting to Verde.
Jennifer Weissman, chief marketing officer, will report to Snowden.
