Nevada’s CasaBlanca Resort & Casino Opens New Dining Venues

Mesquite Entertainment has announced the opening of two new dining venues at its CasaBlanca Resort & Casino in Mesquite, Nevada.

Ritas & Fajitas and Jersey Joe’s Diner are both now open and serving customers. Mesquite hosted a grand opening event at CasaBlanca Resort to mark the occasion.

CasaBlanca is located around 80 miles northeast of the Las Vegas Strip. Its on-site casino features a range of table and slot games, while other amenities include a hotel, swimming pool, spa and golf course.

“Guests packed the celebration to enjoy sizzling fajitas, inventive cocktails, 24/7 East Coast-inspired comfort food and house-made pies,” the operator said.

Other Dining Options to Follow at CasaBlanca Resort

The two new venues will soon be joined by more dining options at the property, with a new food hall to open early next year.

The hall will house Pei Wei, Big Chicken, Fresh Brothers Pizza and Krafted Burgers & Brews. In addition, an Einstein Bros. Bagels location will open at CasaBlanca in the near future.

“At Mesquite Entertainment, every addition is part of our commitment to reimagining the guest experience and making Mesquite the ultimate road-trip getaway,” the operator said.
