Money in the Bank

This new game series, with base games Bacon Blvd. and Pay Out West, features a “banked amount” of credits determined by the wager—the higher the bet, the larger the bank.

The base games are five-reel video slots with five, 25 or 50 paylines, depending on the denomination. The starting “bank” value is determined randomly, ranging from five to 25 times the per-line wager. When up to five gold cash-on-reels coins land in the primary game, those values may be randomly added to the bank.

Two metamorphic piggy banks flanking the main bank serve as collection pots to enhance a main hold-and-spin feature. When the main feature is triggered by breaking the “Extra Spins” piggy bank, the player receives four spins instead of the normal three in the feature—as long as one coin symbol lands, the spin meter returns to four. If triggered by the “Big Money” piggy bank, cash-on-reels values of locked coins are randomly increased during the feature.

Randomly during the hold-and-spin feature, a “Shake the Bank” or “Break the Bank” symbol will land. Shake the Bank will shake the central vault until up to 75 percent of its value is awarded to the player. Break the Bank awards the entire contents of the bank. The bank then returns to its starting value.

The three lower-level jackpots—static bonuses of $10 (Mini), $50 (Minor) and $500 (Major)—can land and lock during the hold-and-spin feature. The feature continues until three (or four) spins without a coin or jackpot, or until all 15 reel spots are filled, which returns the top Grand jackpot, a progressive resetting at $5,000, $10,000 or $20,000, depending on the denomination.

In each game, the main character randomly appears when coins land during the hold-and-spin feature to increase the value of the player’s bank.
