MGM Resorts Extends Las Vegas Grand Prix Partnership

MGM Resorts International has signed an extension to its partnership with the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix in the Nevada city.

The new deal will run through to the 2030 edition of the race. MGM will continue to serve as a founding partner of the Las Vegas round of the motor-racing series.

MGM will again host the Winner’s Stage at the Bellagio Fountain Club at its Bellagio property on the Strip. The venue offers guests front-row views of the circuit’s longest and fastest straightaway, where cars exceed 210 mph.

In addition, MGM will deliver activations and official retail offerings throughout its Las Vegas properties in the MGM Zone. This will take place throughout race week.

The 2025 Las Vegas Grand Prix will take place across the weekend of November 20-22.

MGM ‘Instrumental’ in Shaping Las Vegas Grand Prix

Emily Prazer, president and CEO of Las Vegas Grand Prix, said MGM has been “instrumental” in shaping the identity of the race.

“Their commitment to creating unforgettable hospitality and entertainment offerings both on and off the track has set a standard of excellence,” Prazer said. “Dedication to perfection perfectly blends with our desire to create the ultimate fan experience.”

Steve Zanella, president of operations at MGM, added, “The Las Vegas Grand Prix would not exist at the scale and quality it does without deep collaboration across the entire city. We’ve worked side by side with the Las Vegas Grand Prix, LVCVA and other founding partners to make this one of the most sought-after races on the circuit.

“We look forward to continuing our role in making Las Vegas a global entertainment and sports destination.”

The Las Vegas Grand Prix took place for the first time in 2023. Last year’s race was won by George Russell of Mercedes.
