Kobetron technology from Gaming Laboratories International has been helping casino operators increase accuracy, accountability and efficiencies for years. Now, the new Kobetron Link dramatically increases efficiency and eliminates human error for a full and instant accounting of every piece of software in every EGM across the entire floor or jurisdiction.

Kobetron Link empowers users to employ signature software with Verify+ and the GI-4000 Pro. Those signatures are then sent to a staging area in the accounting program IRIS. Inside that staging area, users can easily decide what to do with each signature.

For example, users can create new EGM records in IRIS and use the signatures to add the software to the EGMs. They can also compare what was signatured to what is currently linked to an EGM in IRIS. They can even add components to the Vault inventory.

Here’s what’s most important to know about Kobetron Link:

  • More accurate slot file management. Each piece of software has its own unique signature. Kobetron Link uses those unique signatures to maintain installed software on all EGMs across the entire slot floor. It also uses those unique signatures to maintain the software inventory inside of the IRIS Vault feature. This is important because it eliminates human error when maintaining the software in your IRIS database.
  • Faster slot file management. Jurisdictions use Verify+ and GI-4000 Pro to verify the integrity of the software before it reaches the casino floor. Now with one quick step, Kobetron Link allows users to update their EGM records and their Vault inventory inside of IRIS.
  • Compatible with GAT. Using GAT, Kobetron Link allows users to signature all the software in an EGM at the same time.
