Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel in Eagle Pass, Texas, has linked up with Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) to upgrade its casino systems and operations.

Under the deal, Kickapoo rolled out the QCI Enterprise Platform to advance its data-centric operations. QCI said that the launch will deliver advanced analytics and player development capabilities, as well as improve efficiency.

Kickapoo added that the partnership will improve overall guest experience at the casino, with the new platform offering the venue additional insights into player behavior and preferences.

Operated by the Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas, the casino features a range of slots, table games and bingo. Also on site is a multi-story hotel, restaurants and entertainment facilities.

Benito Fernandez, director of marketing at Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel, welcomed the link-up. He said it reflects the venue’s commitment to “operational excellence” across the venue.
