KeyWatcher Touch

Morse Watchman’s signature KeyWatcher Touch electronic key control system helps casinos stay compliant by securing all casino and gaming operation keys and important assets safely and efficiently. With its robust and expedient Generation 3 CPU, the KeyWatcher Touch allows for easy access with permissions to withdraw and return keys securely to any key control cabinet located within the enterprise.

Casino key control administrators can easily add and remove users, change permissions, and program multi-factor authentication access control for sensitive keys to counting rooms that require credentials from three authorized persons before the keys are released.

Other handy features include “My Keys Out” for the identification of out and overdue keys; “KeyAnywhere,” which allows keys to be returned to any system location; and “KeyFinder,” which shows where the keys are located within the system. The KeyWatcher also provides mobile and email notifications and can also be integrated with leading access control systems.

Key control audits can be performed instantly. Since all key removal and key return transactions are recorded, reports are available for any user at any time. Reports can be scheduled to automatically email, print, or save in a PDF or CSV format.

When keys no longer go missing or become lost by using the KeyWatcher Touch key management system, casinos benefit from reduced security incidents and reduced liability. Accountability is also improved because authorized casino employees can access and return only the keys that are assigned to them.

Automatic alerts prompt employees to return keys at the end of their work shifts to make them available for employees working the next shifts, which saves time because hunting down keys is no longer necessary.

The KeyWatcher Touch is scalable, expandable, and customizable with a selection of key modules, card modules, or locker modules for small assets, such as cash trays. Morse Watchmans has offices in the U.S. and U.K., and authorized dealer representatives globally.
