Sports betting solution provider Kambi announced the appointment of Michelle Unsworth as its new chief people officer, overseeing all aspects of the company’s global people strategy, including talent acquisition, leadership development and employee experience.

Based in London, Unsworth brings over 20 years of experience leading people functions and driving transformation across global organizations. She has built an extensive career supporting major brands in the technology, travel and entertainment sectors, building high-performance, people-first cultures at scale.

Most recently, Unsworth served as vice president, people at online identity verification company Veriff, where she created its first company-wide people strategy. She previously held senior people and HR roles at companies including Travelport, Expedia Group and The Walt Disney Company.
