Jeju Dream Tower’s Foreigner-Only Casino Rebounds in Q1 of 2026

Jeju Dream Tower’s foreigner-only casino recorded a marked rebound in the first quarter of 2026, driven largely by table gaming.

According to Asia Gaming Brief, casino sales for January-March rebound 40.3% year-on-year to KRW118.63 billion ($78.9 million). Table revenue increased 41.5% to KRW112.94 billion ($75.1 million) and machine revenue increased 19.6% to KRW5.69 billion ($3.8 million). 

Table drop climbed 36.7% to KRW573.87 billion ($381.6 million), underscoring heavier play volumes at one of South Korea’s largest integrated resorts catering to overseas visitors. 

March alone saw sales of KRW40.4 billion ($26.9 million), led by a 24% rise in table receipts.

Monthly Trends and Regional Flows

Momentum built through January and February, when monthly sales surged 55% and 44.3% year-on-year respectively. This was supported by strong visitation, sustained the quarter’s performance, industry reporting indicates. 

The resort’s operator disclosed that its subsidiary approved a KRW110.94 billion ($74.9 million) cash dividend based on 2025 earnings.

Hotel revenue, by contrast, showed softness in March and fell across 2025, highlighting uneven non-gaming demand. Jeju Dream Tower closed 2025 with KRW476.6 billion ($329 million) in casino sales, a steep annual gain led by table games.
