Inspire Resort names Steve Wolstenholme as CEO

Inspire Entertainment Resort, a South Korean leisure complex with a foreigner-only casino, has appointed gaming industry veteran Steve Wolstenholme as its new chief casino officer (CCO).

Wolstenholme will oversee the establishment of Inspire’s enterprise-wide casino strategies and the advancement of operational processes, while formulating and executing mid- to long-term growth plans for the Inspire casino.

Wolstenholme most recently served as president and CEO of Hoiana Resort & Golf in Vietnam, departing in early 2025 after seven years in the role.

He was previously president of Okada Manila in the Philippines and also served as chief operating officer of Galaxy Macau, having begun his career working across a variety of U.S.-based properties including Mohegan Sun in Connecticut and Grand Sierra Resort in Nevada.

Wolstenholme had announced via social media that he was placing his consultancy firm, Wolsten & Associates, into hibernation.
