GGB Podcast: Tom Pohlman, Sr. VP & GM, Golden Nugget Atlantic City
This week, the GGB Podcast is joined by Tom Pohlman, the senior vice president and general manager of the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City. Pohlman has been the GM of the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City for the last 15 years. He was appointed to lead the property when owner Tilman Ferttita bought it from the Trump organization in 2011. Pohlman directs a property that he admits is one of the also-rans in Atlantic City but believes that the amenities and service provided to guests allows it to stand above his competitors. He also discusses a couple of programs that no other property in the city offers. He met with GGB Editor at Large Roger Gros in a suite at the hotel in September.
