GGB Editor-in-Chief Frank Legato to Retire from Full-Time Duties
Legato will remain with GGB as a contributor across columns, slot coverage and features.
WorldGaming (formerly Clarion Gaming), parent company of Global Gaming Business (GGB) magazine, announces that Frank Legato is retiring from his full-time position as editor-in-chief of GGB, effective January 1, 2027.
Though retiring from his full-time position, Legato will continue writing for GGB, including monthly features, the annual “Global Games” roundup of slots to be introduced at the Global Gaming Expo trade show, and his popular monthly humor column, “Frankly Speaking.”
“Frank is an industry legend. It has been an absolute privilege to work with an editor of his caliber since WorldGaming acquired GGB, having read his excellent industry coverage for years beforehand.
Robin Harrison, Global Content Director of GGB parent company WorldGaming
“Few people have got behind the reels to articulate what makes the industry spin in the way Frank has,” added Harrison.
“We are therefore delighted that while he has more time to spend with Karla, his kids and grandkids – not to mention the Delta Cosmonauts – he will still be part of GGB as a regular contributor across features, game coverage and of course, “Frankly Speaking.”
