Genesis Launching New Social Games, Zombie-Themed Game
Genesis Gaming is readying the launch of a new line of video slots designed for the U.S. social gaming market.
The Vegas Line, as it’s called, will comprise an array of games optimized for mobile play by designers with experience in both American land-based and European online gaming.
“We refined our user interface and paired that with proven game features,” said Geoffrey Hansen, managing director of Genesis, best known as a supplier of white label content for many of the biggest names in social casinos.
As more land-based casinos expand into the online space to better attract and retain players, demand is growing for digital games, and mobile users represent the sector’s largest growth segment, a Genesis spokesman noted.
“Our customers need games that players will get into quickly and provide an experience that will keep them coming back,” Hansen said.
The initial rollout will feature 10 games this year and then 10 more per quarter through 2016, he said.
The company also announced the release of the video slot game Machine Gun Unicorn, available exclusively via Quickfire.
The five-reel, 10-line game was a finalist in the Game to Watch 2015 competition at ICE Totally Gaming 2015, has two-way pay and features a Unicorn hero that annihilates zombies to win credit awards and special awards.
“Machine Gun Unicorn features our brand new game mechanic Symbol Bombs. The amusingly eccentric storyline will attract players, and the high feature frequency and energetic game play will keep players engaged,” said Scott Sims, head of Global Design.
“There has been great anticipation leading up to its release. The gaming market is always seeking unique new themes and fast, entertaining features that keep gamers engaged in new ways,” said James Watson, director of European Sales. “It will be the ‘must-try’ game to play.”
This game is optimized for Flash and HTML5 formats and is available to play via Quickfire.
