GCA, Inc. has launched its latest generation of multi-functional cash access kiosks, the CXC 4.0. It is a sleek and flexible multi-function kiosk incorporating the latest cash-handling and cash-access services. Combined with powerful marketing peripherals, multiple ticket-in/ticket-out interfaces and high-capacity components, the CXC 4.0 delivers maximum velocity and patron interaction.

The CXC 4.0 features multiple cash-access functions, including multiple ticket redemption; bill-breaking; ATM, credit card or POS debit transactions; conversion of player club points to cash or vouchers; ticket-out coinless operation; and GCA’s patented “ATM 3-in-1 Rollover” function, which enables patrons to convert unsuccessful cash withdrawals into other viable transactions.

The unit also features GCA’s “QuikTicket” feature, which enables customers to use their bank card and PIN to either receive cash or a gaming ticket at a self-service kiosk with ATM. If the QuikTicket option is selected, a bar-coded ticket is dispensed for the amount requested. The ticket may then be inserted into a gaming device or redeemed for cash.

QuikTicket also supports GCA’s Self Transaction Exclusion Program or STEP, which allows patrons to set a personal daily limit or exclude themselves from access to their own funds from any cash access device within GCA’s network.

The CXC 4.0 hardware features include a 22-inch LCD touch-screen monitor; two bill validators; spray or bunch presenter; three coin hoppers with an optional scale; FutureLogic Gen2, TransAct or Nanoptix printers; and picture-in-picture capabilities.
