Caesars Palace Debuts Presidential and Sky Villas

Caesars Palace

Caesars Palace has unveiled its all-new Presidential Villas and Sky Villas inside its property on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada.

Two Presidential Villas have opened in the Colosseum Tower and 29 new Sky Villas inside the Octavius Tower.

Designed by Peter Silling & Associates, the Presidential Villas take their name from famous guests who have stayed in them. One measures 8,060sq ft and the other 8,370sq ft, both offering a host of features such as a private elevator and panoramic Las Vegas views.

Meanwhile, the new Octavius Sky Villas are spread across the 68th and 69th floors of the Octavius Tower. Caesars said the villas have been created to appeal to a new generation of high-end travelers.

Ongoing Improvements at Caesars Palace

The new villas form part of a wider development project at the venue. Other enhancements include the Omnia Dayclub, due to open this summer, as well as a VIP check-in lounge, also set to open in 2026.

Next year, Caesars Palace will also renovate more than 500 rooms in Julius Tower and nearly 1,200 rooms in Palace Tower.

“The new Colosseum Presidential Villas and Octavius Sky Villas at Caesars Palace reflect our commitment to elevate the standard of luxury on the Las Vegas Strip,” said Sean McBurney, chief commercial officer and regional president of Caesars.

“As we commemorate our 60th anniversary, we’re proud to unveil these extraordinary spaces, meticulously designed with thoughtful details to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.”
