Brightstar Lottery Pens Czech Instant Ticket Deal With Sazka

Brightstar Sazka

Brightstar Lottery has entered into an instant ticket games partnership with Sazka, part of the Allwyn business, in the Czech Republic.

Under the deal, Sazka will have access to Brightstar’s full suite of instant ticket content and solutions. This includes a range of games and Brightstar’s print and design technology, Infinity Instants.

Sazka has worked with Brightstar for several years, prior to the supplier’s rebrand in June. Brightstar previously operated as the global lottery business of International Game Technology.

Sazka, which will next year rebrand as Allwyn, struck the latest deal with the Brightstar Global Solutions Corporation subsidiary.

Sazka Eyes Improved Player Engagement with Brightstar

David Schenk, Sazka’s chief marketing officer, talked up the new agreement. He said it will support the operator’s focus on delivering an improved experience to players in the Czech Republic.

“This new agreement, which comes as Sazka prepares to rebrand as Allwyn, ensures that we can continue delivering best-in-class lottery experiences and fresh opportunities to win—transforming ordinary moments into sparks of possibility for our players,” he said.

Marco Tasso, chief operating officer Italian and international lottery operations at Brightstar, also welcomed the deal. He said the company’s existing knowledge of the Czech market will benefit the partnership.

“Brightstar’s player-favorite games and new offerings, such as our patented Infinity Instants, will support increased player engagement and responsible growth for the Czech Republic’s largest and oldest lottery company,” Tasso said.

Brightstar serves nearly 90 lottery customers and their players across six continents.
