SP Loterias SPE (SPL) executed a concession agreement with the government of the State of São Paulo. The joint venture will now operate a new lottery in the Brazilian state.

Under the 15-year deal, SPL will hold an exclusive state license for lottery operations in São Paulo. This will cover draw-based, instant and online games through retail and digital channels.

The agreement will also include the provision of passive lottery games in São Paulo.
