Accel Entertainment Acquires Dynasty Games Assets
US locals-focused gaming operator Accel Entertainment has announced the acquisition of the route operation assets of Dynasty Games.
Accel carried out the purchase through its Century Gaming Technologies Nevada subsidiary. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
According to Accel, the deal will expand its platform in Northern Nevada with 20 new active locations, two additional sites, subject to pending regulatory approval, and approximately 123 electronic gaming terminals.
As of September 30, 2025, Accel’s existing Nevada operations serviced 370 locations, with 2,757 gaming terminals.
‘Strategic and Accretive Acquisition for Accel
Accel CEO Andy Rubenstein talked up the deal, describing it as an “important milestone” in its Nevada growth strategy. He added that the acquisition will be a “strategic and accretive” purchase for the company.
“Dynasty Games has built a trusted reputation rooted in integrity and long-term relationships,” Rubenstein said. “We’re excited to build on that legacy while expanding Accel’s best-in-class route operations across Northern Nevada.
“Accel now operates the most comprehensive and scaled route coverage in the state – a competitive advantage that is expected to drive continued growth and new location development.”
Dynasty Games Owner Roger Fuller was equally optimistic over the combination. He said it was important to find a partner that “values relationships and integrity” along with results.
“Century Gaming Technologies has earned a strong reputation through its emphasis on customer care,” he said. “I’m excited to see our locations and customers benefit from Accel’s experience and dedication to the local market.”
