1 Insights, Rocket unveil slot game

Custom software developer 01 Insights Inc. announced a joint venture with Las Vegas-based Rocket Gaming Systems to launch a proprietary, patent-pending slot game, “Diamond Drop.”
 
The game, which debuted at the Global Gaming Expo in November, features five spinning reels at the top of the screen. The player bets on the columns, not paylines as in a traditional video slot. When the player’s first reel spin stops, the symbols drop into the columns below the reels.
