SYNKROS Progressive Management

Casinos can launch their own jackpot progressives to any game machines on the casino floor with system-delivered technology from Konami Gaming, Inc. The company’s award-winning SYNKROS casino management system now delivers integrated progressive jackpots to any bank of machines or casino zones—up to the entire gaming floor—as configured by properties.

Called SYNKROS Progressive Management, this top technology allows casino brands to launch custom-configured mystery progressives to player segments and devices of their choice, from within SYNKROS’ single platform and without any additional hardware or networking.

Built for scalability and versatility, SYNKROS Progressive Management empowers casino management to add exciting new jackpots to the overall guest experience, in accordance with company goals. Progressive jackpots can be configured for entry by any active player, or exclusive to carded loyalty players.

In addition, casinos can configure jackpots exclusive to differing loyalty tiers—with differing progressive reset amounts and incrementations based on card member tier. Wins can automatically be deposited directly onto an active player’s slot credit meter, or distributed through a traditional casino hand pay.

Permissioned casino staff can create, manage and monitor SYNKROS Progressive Management through SYNKROS’ single interface. Everything including progressive settings, slot accounting, machine/zone assignments, and reporting is contained directly within SYNKROS. And because the technology leverages Konami’s standard Synk Box in-machine hardware to administer the progressive jackpots to each EGM, no additional hardware or network connections are required to deploy to SYNKROS properties.

SYNKROS Progressive Management offers several methods for communicating these eye-catching progressive jackpot awards to guests. Progressive meters can be displayed in real time on any game machine’s mounted LCD player tracking screen, on the game screen via SYNKROS True-Time Windowing “picture-in-picture” technology, and/or on any casino in-house TV displays. These channels showcase all available jackpot levels as well as “must hit by” amounts, with full administrative sign management and sign maintenance within SYNKROS.

Konami’s new SYNKROS Progressive Management offers a highly configurable and distinct player bonusing opportunity for casinos seeking a competitive edge or extra advantage.
