SSI ID

Signature Systems, Inc. (SSI) has launched SSI In-place Dining, a feature-rich iOS/Android-based application designed to enhance in-person, on-premise F&B services. Akin to off-premise delivery, SSI ID elevates numerous aspects of personalized service to enrich the guest experience, keep guests from leaving the casino floor and/or ensure they return to the floor as quickly as possible.

There’s something for everyone in SSI ID: the server/runner; the food/beverage-ordering guest; and casino F&B management:

• Server/runner receipt/tip reconciliation, right from the app; no more waiting in line by the POS terminal at shift’s end

• Instant awareness of service that the guest has deemed “contactless”

• In-app reminders of items that are often overlooked (e.g., extra condiments)

• Guest real-time text notifications regarding delivery status (great for in-room service where privacy is essential)

• Assures order accuracy and assists in timely delivery

• Identifies historical in-place deliveries for training/discipline purposes

• Identifies and reports on all aspects of in-place delivery so informed business decisions can be made

As an established, proven leader in holistic F&B point-of-sale solutions, including contactless and in-premise/off-premise delivery functionality, SSI eliminates poor service, inadequate response times, inattentive and unapproachable development, the lack of innovation and a host of fee-based services.
