Pennsylvania Casino Shakes Up Leadership

Pennsylvania Casino Shakes Up Leadership

Wind Creek Bethlehem in Pennsylvania recently announced changes in top management, part of a leadership shakeup in the wake of the casino’s purchase from Las Vegas Sands by Wind Creek Hospitality, a branch of Alabama’s Poarch Band of Creek Indians.

Executive Vice President and General Manager Brian Carr, who headed the casino when it was Sands Bethlehem and oversaw its sale to Wind Creek Hospitality, left his position in February. Kathy McCracken (l.), formerly executive VP of marketing and operations, was promoted to the top post.

McCracken, a veteran of casino operations, marketing and systems, is the first woman to hold the top post at the casino, which was headed by Robert DeSalvio, Douglas Neighold and Mark Juliano before Carr took the job in mid-2017.
