Now that the casinos are slowly reopening, we talk to Rymax Senior Vice President of Sales Paul Gordon explains why casinos should up their game when it comes to providing incentives for their players. He also explains how the new sports betting companies are in very competitive environments and believes the creative use of incentives would allow them to steal market share from their rivals.
