Managing Compliance

PRODUCT: ComplianceCore MANUFACTURER: CasinoSoft

Managing Compliance

CasinoSoft’s scalable ComplianceCore platform is revolutionizing the way casino compliance manages the AML, KYC, and Title 31 compliance process through deployment of a modern and intuitive user interface, automating the tracking of currency-based transactions and anomalous player behavior.

In addition to being modern in appearance and intuitive to use, the ComplianceCore platform was architected with an open API to integrate with all casino system providers, eliminating integration constraints and interoperability issues. ComplianceCore is installed on premise and deployed through the browser.

Data resides securely within the walls of the casino. Software updates are easy to manage from the server level. Upon the completion of updates, each work station updates simultaneously, promoting continuity while eliminating workflow disruption. The ease of updates and lack of burden on the IT department allows ComplianceCore to be updated multiple times a year as CasinoSoft provides the latest functionality available based on both FinCEN guidance and feedback we receive from partner casinos.

As an industry first-in-class, ComplianceCore’s TaxForm module is architected to support a mobile app on the iOS platform, automating tax document processing in real time. For example, if a player wins a jackpot or prize in a promotion, all corresponding tax documentation can be presented on a tablet to be completed and submitted on the spot, complete with electronic signatures.

Currently, ComplianceCore is available across North America, and is scalable to support individual locations as well as enterprise-size customers with multiple locations across multiple states with disparate reporting requirements.
